Following day after breakfast, we start a guided sightseeing to a couple of the most recorded and significant attractions. We will have sightseeing of World Heritage Sites such as; the heavenly Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath the well known ‘Monkey temple. Bouddhanath, which is one of the greatest stupas on the planet, Patan Durbar Square marvel of Newari architecture. Famous for its rich cultural heritage, Patan is home to fine arts. After Breakfast at Hotel, Transfer to Airport. After a 2 and half hours flight you will arrive at Gongar Airport where Our guide will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. It is half an hour drive from Airport to Lhasa city. Lhasa is located on the north bank of Kyichu River. Lhasa in Tibetan means "Place of the Gods", the residence of the Dalai Lama. The guide will briefly introduce the itineraries. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the local areas and acclimatize yourself in high altitude. It is possible to walk around Potala Square or close market. Overnight in Lhasa.

Today is your first day sightseeing in Lhasa, Firstly we visit Potala Palace, the UNESCO world heritage site and the winter palace of the Dalai Lama. Potala Palace was built in 1645 and completed in 1693. It dominates the landscape in Lhasa. You will get bird's-eye view of Lhasa city from the top of Potala Palace. After lunch then we will head to holy Jokhang Temple. It's the most sacred Buddhist site in Tibet. It is valuable relics of Buddha and magnificent statues related to Tibet Buddhism. Then we do the kora by circling the Barkhor Street with pilgrims and locals. You may also buy local Tibetan souvenirs and meet other tourists. Overnight at Lhasa.

After Breakfast, We will visit two most important monasteries in the capital. First Visit, Drepung monastery which is the largest monastery in the world and once housed 10,000 monks and nuns. It was the residence of Dalai Lamas before the Potala Palace was built. Drepung, in Tibetan, means “prosperity”. Since, Drepung Monastery has always been one of the most important Buddhist monasteries in Tibet. In the afternoon, visit Sera Monastery, founded by Tsongkhapa’s disciple in the 15th century. The Monks debate at around 3 - 5 in the afternoon is the main attraction of Sera Monastery where you will also get impressive Tibetan religious scripture printing house, see Mandalas and colorful Rock Painting of Buddha. Overnight at Lhasa.

Today, you will visit Namtso which is one of the three most holy lakes in Tibet, also it is the highest salt water lake in the world. There is a chance to find yaks and sheeps scattered on the vast grassland. The water is coming from the snow mountain, which makes it more crystal and clear. Get good view of Mt. Nyenchen Thangla Ranges on the way. You will also have ample opportunity of photography and sightseeing. Afterward, drive back to Lhasa via Yampachen, it has both indoor and outdoor swimming pool filled with hot springs water. Overnight in Lhasa.

Saying Good-Bye to Lhasa today. Our tour guide will transfer you to airport according to flight schedule. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, pick up by our representative and Transfer to hotel. After having breakfast at hotel, Drive to Kathmandu Airport. The flight into the Himalayas reveals scenic and breathtaking views of Himalayan Mountains of the world. If weather permits you will be able to see Mt Everest (8848m, 29,198ft) and other Himalayan mountain ranges. Experience exciting approach through the Bhutanese foothills and the landing, including a few steep turns to land at the tiny airstrip of Paro. Upon arrival in Paro, clear customs and immigration. Keep your copy of the visa clearance letter handy. You will be received by your Bhutanese guide and transfer to Thimphu. Stroll around the city in the evening. Overnight at Hotel.

After Breakfast, Visit Trashichhoedzong, the beautiful medieval fortress/monastery which houses most of the Government’s office and King’s Throne room It is also the summer residence of Je Khenpo, the Chief Abbot. Then visit National Library which has vast collection of ancient Buddhist texts and manuscripts. After that drive to Arts & Crafts School, famous for traditional thangkha paintings. Here you will see, students at work producing intricate design on cloth. Later visit Textile and Folk Heritage Museums, a fascinating testimony of the Bhutanese material culture and living traditions. After lunch visit Handicrafts Emporium which displays wide assortment of beautifully hand-woven and crafted products. Then drive to Memorial Chorten, the stupa built in the memory of Bhutan’s Third King who is popularly regarded as Father of modern Bhutan. The paintings and statues inside this monument provide a deep insight into Buddhist philosophy. Overnight at the hotel in Punakha.

After Breakfast Drive to Paro via Dochula pass and the southern part of the Capital. Next, you will be taken on a walking tour around the Pana Village closer and to the temple of fertility, Chimi Lhakhang. On the way halt at Simtokha Dzong before reaching Paro. Overnight stay in Paro Hotel.

After breakfast, Hike to Taktsang Monastery which is most famous among Bhutanese monasteries. It is said that Guru Rinpoche arrived here on the back of a tigress and meditated at this monastery hence it is called “Tiger’s Nest”. The hike to monastery takes 5 hours for round trip. Afternoon visit Ta Dzong, the National Museum of the Kingdom. Originally built as Watch Tower since 1967 it is acting as the National Museum of the country and holding fascinating collection of art, artifacts, thangkha paintings and Bhutan’s exquisite postage stamp. Then walk down the trail to visit Rinpung Dzong which has a long and fascinating history. According to time, you will visit some sites while travelling from Thimpu to Paro. If time permits optional activities for a stone bath or enjoy free exploration nearby. Overnight at the hotel in Paro.

Get ready your luggage packed ! Saying Good-Bye to Bhutan today. After Breakfast, You will be Drive to Paro Airport for flight back to Kathmandu. You can walk around the city, do shopping for your loved ones and relatives or take rest. However, Single Supplement can be provided upon request at additional cost. The rooms are fitted with air conditioners and have en-suite bathrooms with 24-hour hot and cold water. Other amenities include well-appointed suites rooms, bar, café and free Wi-fi. While in Nepal, You can enjoy complimentary breakfast, welcome and Farewell dinner in Kathmandu and Full Board Meals in Chitwan.     Nepal Tibet and Bhutan Tour from Aspiration Adventure was the best Himalayan vacation, We are ecstatic beyond words! Anjan planned a smooth and exciting itinerary for us, from the beginning of the preparation process to the last day of the trip everything was perfect.
