The itinerary has been created with one idea in mind, based on experience the trip previous, to inspire you. Every element can be adapted to your needs and interests, from duration to accommodation and activities.

Early in the Morning you will be picked up by our trekking guide and transfer to Domestic Airport to board a flight to Lukla. Our journey starts with the flight to Lukla Airport 'Gateway to Everest'. Enjoy a scenic 30 minutes flight with stunning views as you fly alongside the Himalayas. Upon arrival in Lukla, you will meet up with the rest of our trekking crew, we gear up and commence our actual trek on foot of 5 Days Everest Base Camp Trek. We start our trek in Chaurikharka village and descend to Dudhkoshi Ghat until we reach Phakding. It is about 3 to 4 hours trek. Besides the rewarding mountain peaks views you will enjoy the beauty of culture and nature, following the Dudh Koshi river and cross a suspension bridge on the way. You will also see mani stone, chorten and prayer flag. Today trek will be short and enjoyable as it is also fairly gentle introduction which lets us to acclimatize our body with higher elevations slowly. Utilizing the spare time, we also walk around the local monasteries, and local places. Overnight at best possible trekking Lodge in Phakding with hygenic meal including Lunch and Dinner.

On the second day of the trek after an energizing breakfast, we begin hike toward Namche Bazaar from Phakding through small Sherpa villages as we trace the left bank of the Dudh Koshi. We begin our trek through forest, over yak pastures and passes through the village of Monjo we made our way to the entry point of Sagarmatha National Park. At about half-way up the ascent, a gap in the trees allows us to spy Mount Everest for the first time. Today trekking route consists of a number of high suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River that lead us to village of Monjo, entrance of Sagarmatha National Park. At Monjo, our guide will complete the paperwork of permits and head on up to towards the Namche through Jorsalle. The trail gets steeper along the way, and crossing suspension bridge we start our final ascent to Namche Bazaar. At Namche Bazaar, Settle into your accommodations and explore the town. It is the most prosperous and the largest town in the Khumbu. If you are here on a weekend, check out trading centre with a weekly Saturday local market. Overnight at best possible trekking Lodge in Namche Bazaar with hygenic meal including Lunch and Dinner.

Today you will have the amazing morning at Namche Bazaar, offering sight of golden mountain during sunrise. After Breakfast we will walk around the Namche Bazaar and hike to Syangboche Airstrip following the narrow lanes. You will be amazed with the view and adventures the routes offers where the first sight of Mount Everest give eternal inspiration and radiating energy. You will get an amazing views of notable peaks like Ama Dablam, Kangtegha, Nuptse, Lhotse, Thamserku, Khongde, and Everest. walking further to Syangboche you will get to know the wide range of the lifestyle and culture starting from chortens and prayer wheels to monasteries. Further more if you are interested the trail goes in Khumjung valley, where you can see Hillary School, and Khunde Hospital. Once you get to Syangboche after 2 to 3 hours of trek, you will have the multiple option of accommodation. The main highlights is Everest View Hotel and it is recommendable to choose overnight accommodation. The spacious rooms in Hotel come with en suite bathroom, a sitting area and access to stunning walled stone balconies. Hotel Everest View has been listed on the Guinness Book of World Records (2004) as the Highest Placed Hotel in the world. It may be expensive but it is worth it and lifetime experience. If you wish to spend the night accommdation at Hotel Everest View Please let me know earlier for booking or there is another option to get back to Namche Bazaar. Get Ready, today is the most exciting day out the journey. It is something different from the usual itinerary. After Breakfast, We begin our Helicopter Sightseeing flight of Khumbu Valley along with Everest Base Camp with Landing at Kalapathar or Gorak Shep, you will be given enough time around 10 to 15 minutes to enjoy the views and take the pictures. Kalapatthar is best vantage point of Everest and welcomes you with adorable 360 degrees panoramic views including Nuptse (7,861m), Ama Dablam (6,812 m), Lobuche (6,119m) and Everest itself (8,848.86m). Get gigantic views of mountains and glaciers with a close-up mountain view, which seems to be a stone's throw away distance. After the photoshoot of the top of the world with the backdrop of mountain views we fly back to Lukla or there is also the option to continue helicopter back to Kathmandu but for this, the price will be higher. Upon arrival at Lukla you will be Check-In at best available standard lodges that offers hot shower and good meals. You can stretch up your sore legs and have a rest for a while and later stroll around the village, listening to the stories of the locals and experience their lifestyle. These is final day of your trekking most trekkers make a celebration with their guide and crew members at Lukla. You have done it. Overnight at Lodge in Lukla. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Included)

Today is the final day of the trek, you will fly back to Kathmandu. You can enjoy the final views of these amazing snow-capped peaks. After breakfast in Lukla, we take an early morning flight back to Kathmandu. It is short but surprising 45 minutes flight that offers the changing sight of the landscapes such as mountains, rivers, forests, lakes and city. As soon as you land at Kathmandu Airport then you will be escorted to your respective hotel. Free time on your own to relax. In the evening we would heartily invite you to join Farewell Dinner with us at one of the authentic Nepalese restaurant with cultural show to celebrate the successful completion of trip.

Useful Information

Best Time to Travel

Everest Base Camp Trek be done throughout the year, but the best time are Spring (March, April and May) and Autumn (September, October and November). During these time you will find moderate temperatures and provide better view of mountains, less heat haze cloud and clear views of mountains. From October to December you will see more green forests in the region. Although this trip can be experience during winter and monsoon seasons too, though it is not suitable for everyone. The higher you go the colder it’s going to be. Above 4000 meters, you can expect snow and temperatures to descend rapidly below zero degrees. Be prepared for all weather conditions and have the right gear as there is always a risk of rain at lower elevations and Snow higher up during the trail.

Passport and Visa

If you are travelling to Nepal for (tour, sightseeing, travel, trekking, mountaineering, visiting friends and families) then you need to have a visa to enter Nepal. Arrival Visa is available at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu’s where you can simply get the “On Arrival Visa” with the application that require at least a passport of 6 months’ validity, and a passport size photo. You will be charged USD $ 30 for 15 days and USD $ 50 for 30 days as visa application fee which have to be paid in cash on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport. For those tourists who have Indian and Chinese passports then you do not need a visa (Free Visa). Most visitors will be able to obtain a visa upon arrival at the airport. The Certain country (Nigeria, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Cameroon, Somalia, Liberia, Ethiopia, Iraq, Palestine, Afghanistan, Syria) are requested to acquire Visa prior their arrival from their local Diplomatic missions (Embassies/Consulates) of Nepal Government.

Transportation

In this trip, Aspiration Adventure provides all the necessary transporation on private car. Firstly we provide free arrival and departure service, Please let us know about your international flight for this complementary service. On Arrival Day, you will be warmly welcome by our representative by traditional flower and transfer to respective hotel. For the Lukla flight you will have the Private car for the airport to hotel pick and drop off. Our flights to and from Lukla are through regular airlines twin Otter and Dornier. We use standard Helicopter from Namche Bazaar to Everest Base Camp and Back to Lukla. Similarly, According to your interest we will also private vehicles for tour such as Sightseeing around Kathmandu, Nagarkot Dhulikhel, Chitwan, Pokhara or any tour in Nepal upon according to your request.

Meals During the Trip

During our 5 Days Everest trekking, you can enjoy typical Nepalese food as well as common international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, Indian, etc) around the restaurants in Kathmandu and trekking lodge. Whereas, On the trail all hygienic meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are included in the package cost. Breakfast and Dinner are served in the teahouse or lodge where you will be staying in, Lunch is provided on the way en route. You will have full options or freedom to select your preferred items from a menu provided by the teahouse or enjoy authentic Nepalese food. Food while on the trek is simple but tasty. And other common types of food you will get in most teahouse are Thukpa, noodles, fried rice, Dal Bhat, pizza, sandwich, spaghetti, etc. All Personal Bills (Alcoholic Drinks, Hot and Cold Drinks) in tea house or in the cafe are excluded from Package. Aspiration Adventure Ensure to provide best quality hygienic all meals during the trekking. There will also be a farewell dinner in a traditional Nepalese restaurant with cultural performances hosted by Aspiration Adventures upon your return from the successful trip.

Drinking Water

The water is available at every trekking lodge or grocery shops along the route, buying a bottle mineral water cost anywhere from USD 1 to 3 per litres. However, Aspiration Adventure recommend not buying bottled water due to environment concern and it also saves your money. Instead, you can refill the water from the freely available taps or water source and use water purification tools such as water filter, purification drugs (chlorine/Iodine), SteriPEN (UV Water Purifier). It is advice drinking 3 to 4 liters of water each day to stay well hydrated.

Accommodation

At Aspiration Adventure, We believe that the accommodation is one of the major factor that enhances your overall travel experience. Accommodate in mountain are simple in teahouse but it is standard, clean, comfortable lodge (teahouse) with great views of the mountain and sceneries. All the Accommodations are on twin sharing basis. However, Single Supplement can be provided upon request at additional cost. The rooms at mountain teahouses consist of nice and warm blankets, mattresses, pillows, bedsheets and attached bathrooms (not everywhere). In this 5 Days Everest Base Camp Trek Package we ensure to provide best available standard lodge that includes attached bathrooms and comfortable rooms. You will have option to choose the Hotel Everest View for one nights accommodation. In these trek package Hotel in Kathmandu are not included. Kathmandu offers wide range of accommodation, you will have the option to make the package according to your need ranging from 3 Star Hotel to luxury starts accommodation.     Fabulous, Professional Service to 5 Days Trek to Everest Base Camp

    Totally Professional from Arrival to Departure, We received a warm welcome from Mr Anjan on arrival at Kathmandu and Started our 5 Days trip to Everest. Met our guide one day before the trekking date and together with Mr Kalyan we begin the journey. The flight to Lukla, accommodation and meals at Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Lukla and one night at Hotel Everest View were arranged for us so we could could simply enjoy the trek in a hassle free ways. Guide was friendly and knowledgeable, explain about the single details, our porter was such a gentle and kind man.
