Mr. Anjan Barakoti, the Founder and Managing Director of Aspiration Adventure, boasts a career in tourism industry since 2016, starting as a field operations manager for his father’s company who has been in the industry for more than two decades, since 2004. In his early days in the industry, he rapidly realized that the tourism sector was the only one that could show the world Nepal's true natural beauty as well as its mountain culture and religion. During his tenure Mr. Barakoti's innovative concepts for enhancing marketing, sales, and operation strategies garnered recognition. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management. Mr. Barakoti has always upheld the belief that the best way to express appreciation is by offering the utmost in service, tailored to the specific needs and desires of their customers. Since getting expereince working from the ground level, Mr. Barakoti believe in service satisfaction of each individual clients. So Aspiration Adventure give 100% effort to make a trip memorable and saftey in Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet. Therefore, before curating the finest vacation experiences in Nepal, Mr. Barakoti consistently prioritizes his clients' preferences and dreams. He has been to major trekking routes of Nepal including Everest, Annapurna and Langtang. Whenever our staff encounter managerial or operational challenges, they turn to him as he is an expert in these matters and is always eager to assist his coworkers with a cheerful smile that can brighten everyone's day. His efficient and dedicated work has left a lasting impression on everyone, and people are delighted by the enthusiasm he brings to his tasks. He Personally handles the operations, communicate with the clients and guide, and make sure everything is going on during the trips.

Mr. Pawan Sharma has now been a crucial member of Aspiration Adventure for three years. He strives to offer customer care services and uphold a reliable client-company relationship. His enthusiasm encourages committing safety, contentment, and versatility to the pleasure of travel. Being fond of travelling himself and he feels there are many locations to explore and belives travel experience is more valuable learning which motives him to holds a bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism. He has a positive and helpful attitude, making him one of the most sought-after members. He deals with the questions of our cherished clients as well as certain issues. Trekking to Everest, Annapurna and Langtang Mr Pawan knows the route "Actually how the trip is operate" and he is able to promptly answer all the questions provided by our clients.

Mr Niranjan Shrestha, a graduate from Kathmandu University, his major passion in life has been social work and travelling around. He have been parts of different NGOs to create a small but a significant impact around. He is in a versatile role, Speaking English and Hindi fluently. He is more than a Travel Consultant and Adventure Expert in Aspiration Adventure. He is a diligent, committed person, and devoted individual. He Says "Aspiration Adventure is just more than a travel company, it is a platform created by us to facilitate the best cross-cultural experience for the travelers coming to Nepal to promote our culture, diversity and hospitality around the world". He knows the major trekking route of Nepal, namely, Annapurna Circuit, Annapurna Base Camp, Ghorepani Poon Hill, Kapuche Glacier Lake Trek, Mardi Himal and Khopra Danda, and Langtang Region. 

Mr. Santosh Tamang embodies the adjectives "super friendly" and "hospitable". Since the establishment of company, he has served as a trekking guide. He has done an outstanding job over so many years and is adored by every client. Having experience in almost all trekking routes in Nepal, Everest, and Annapurna region trekking he now specializes in. Santosh is an expert trekking guide who is well-versed in the environment and people of the Himalayan region. He provides the Aspiration Adventure with great client services, making him a true asset. 

Mr Dawa, a person of very sensitive and humble temperament, is in charge of our high altitude hiking and climbing groups. He has made his career in tourism since 2012 and is one of the most diligent, trustworthy, adaptable, and charming people you may ever meet. He has lead a group to Mera Peak, Island peak and many groups to Base Camp of Annapurna, Everest and Kanchenjunga. So, Dawa knows every stone of the major trekking trails of Nepal. His communication abilities are excellent in line with his keen interest in and experience in tourism.

Mr. Prakash Tamang, who lives in lower Solukhumbu. Since 2018, he has started working with Aspiration Adventure. He has received all the requisite training of trekking guide and first-aid. Tamang has successfully completed a number of trekking trips in Everest, Annapurna, Langtang and Mustang with our clients and demonstrated tremendous responsibility and dedication in regards to visitor safety in a variety of situations. As based on home town, he is specialized in Everest Region. He has also worked with internationally well-known agencies as a trek leader.
