Arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu, you are welcomed by the hospitable meeting and then you will be transferred to hotel. Kathmandu is the capital and largest metropolitan center, and well known city of temples, monasteries and shrines. Hotel is located at Thamel where numerous restaurants, bars and shops that cater everything you need. We will briefs you about the following tours. Relax and recover from jetlag at hotel. Following day after breakfast, we start a guided visit to a couple of the most recorded and significant attractions. We will have sightseeing of World Heritage Sites such as; the heavenly Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath the well known ‘Monkey temple. At Aspiration Adventure, we understand that accommodation is a key component of your overall travel experience. Every accommodation is for twin sharing. Single supplements, however, can be provided upon request for an extra fee. For the Solo travelers no extra charges are applied. Here’s what we offer:

  • Bhutan: Stay in 3-star hotels, with quality monitored by the Tourism Council of Bhutan to ensure your comfort.

Best Time to Travel

The best seasons to visit two himalayan kingdom Bhutan and Nepal are Spring Season (March, April, May) and Autumn Season (September, October, and November) are known as the best season for Nepal Tour. During this month the weather you can enjoy the fresh air, clear mountain view and pleasant sunrise. However, this trip is can also be done in winter, which runs from December, January, and February. Summer and monsoon season which runs from July to August is neither good nor bad to make this trip.

Nepal Visa Fees

If you are travelling to Nepal for (tour, sightseeing, travel, trekking, mountaineering, visiting friends and families) then you need to have a visa to enter Nepal. Arrival Visa is available at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu’s where you can simply get the “On Arrival Visa” with the application that require at least a passport of 6 months’ validity, and a passport size photo. You will be charged USD 30 for 15 days, USD 50 for 30 days and USD 125 for 90 Days as visa application fee which can be paid in cash or card on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport. It is recommended to fill up form prior to your arrival visiting official website of Immigration Department and bring the barcode print, it is valid for fifteen days before travelling date and becomes invalid then after. For those tourists who have Indian and Chinese passports then you do not need a visa (Free Visa). Most visitors will be able to obtain a visa upon arrival at the airport. The Certain country (Nigeria, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Cameroon, Somalia, Liberia, Ethiopia, Iraq, Palestine, Afghanistan, Syria) are requested to acquire Visa prior their arrival from their local Diplomatic missions (Embassies/Consulates) of Nepal Government.

Bhutan Visa Document and Approval

We, Aspiration Adventure will apply for the Bhutan Visa through the supporting document. Tourists other than India, Bangladesh and Maldives citizens need to obtain a Bhutan Visa Clearance prior to the travel to Bhutan. Your Bhutan Visa is processed by Aspiration Adventure. The Bhutanese Tourist Visa Fee is USD 40 per person which is included in the package price. Additionally, other fess is Sustainable Development Fee (SDF), which is USD 100 per day per person. It takes 7 working days to get the visa.

You will be required to send color copy of your passport (Photo Page) to apply for your visa. The passport must be valid for at least 6 month from the travel date. During the point of entry, you will be required to show your Bhutan Visa Clearance copy to the officer who will stamp into your passport with an entry details. No additional visa fee is required to pay at the immigration. Bhutan Visa Clearance copy is approved by TBC along with your complete personal information and passport details. Your entry and exit details with places to visit is clearly mentioned on the Visa Letter. So that it is required to bring the copy while boarding on and must be shown at the immigration of Bhutan along with your original passport. Kathmandu to Paro Flight

Round-trip airline tickets from Kathmandu to Paro and return are included in your package. We arrange your travel with Bhutan Airlines or Druk Air, which both provide direct flights from Kathmandu to Paro, ensuring a hassle-free travel experience.

To book a flight from Kathmandu to Paro, you must have a confirmed tour with a Bhutan travel, a valid visa, and the necessary travel permits. Independent travel is not permitted in Bhutan, and both Bhutan Airlines and Drukair require a confirmation code from the Tourism Council of Bhutan (TCB) in Thimphu to book a flight. All of these things are handled by our package, which makes your travel easy and stress-free.

  • No, according to Bhutan's tourist policy, independent travel is not permitted. You must arrange your Bhutan tour through a certified Bhutanese travel operator or one of their foreign affiliates, according to Bhutanese government laws. It is not possible to get entry visa to go Bhutan unless you pre-arranged tour itinerary with a licensed and approved tour operator and pay the appropriate nightly all inclusive government tariff. Tourist can reach there by buying package tour before reaching there with government approved companies. Bhutan government avoid the independent visitors to maintain its strict culture and ecological value. However, you can enjoy the flexibility during the Sightseeing, hiking and interact with locals as you wish.

    Family Trip to Bhtan and Nepal; Amazing Experience

    We had an amazing family trip to Nepal and Bhutan with Aspiration Adventure. The kids had a great time on the excursion, and we were pleased with the careful preparation and attention to detail. After receiving a kind greeting at the airport in Kathmandu, we went on a guided sightseeing tour of the city with our expert guide, Ramesh. After that, we took a car to the charming city of Pokhara to do some more sightseeing and enjoy the breathtaking dawn view from Sarangkot. We then left for an exciting forest safari in Chitwan and traveled back to Kathmandu. From there, travelling to bhutan by flight, Pick up at Airport by Chiring who was more than guide, tour of the attractions as we traveled to Thimphu. After touring Paro and hiking to the Tiger's Nest Monastery, we took a flight back to Kathmandu to spend some free time. The journey came to an end.
