Trekking route for amazing view of Everest

Like other treks, this trip begins with your 35 minutes flight to Lukla Airport that follows the trekking trail of Classical Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lake. Early in the morning in Kathmandu, you will have the delightful Breakfast and Proceed to take flights to Lukla. At Lukla, Guide will introduce you to the porter and proceed the official trek to Phakding Village. First day trek offers the glimpse of the Everest Cultural and traditional village which would be new experience to many. Walking through the snowy and rugged terrain alongside the Dudh Koshi River you will reach Phakding Village. It is the main hub and first place to rest for the trekkers who are on the trekking in Everest. In Phakding Check In at Yeti Mountain Home Luxury Lodge and stroll around the village, interact with the friendly locals accompany by your guide.

Next Day, We begin our trek towards Namche Bazaar. From Phakding the beginning trail to Namche Bazaar is steady and steep inclination. You will reach Monjo Villlage crossing the Dudh Koshi River via suspension bridge and rhododendron forest. It will be quite exciting to cross the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge, decorated with prayer flags. Finally, you enter the Sagarmatha National Park where guide will complete all the formalities at Monjo Checkpoint. Now you will be seeing the first view of Mount Everest, to get more closer we walk towards Jorsale village. Lunch will be served here and then countinue climb to Namche Bazaar. Early in the Morning you will be picked up by our trekking guide and transfer to Domestic Airport to board a flight to Lukla (2,840m/9,316ft). Our journey starts with the flight to Lukla Airport 'Gateway to Everest'. Enjoy a scenic 30 minutes flight with stunning views as you fly alongside the Himalayas. Upon arrival in Lukla, you will proceed with your trek to Phakding village. We start our trek in Chaurikharka village and descend to Dudhkoshi Ghat until we reach Phakding. It is about 3 to 4 hours trek. Besides the rewarding mountain peaks views you will enjoy the beauty of culture and nature, following the Dudh Koshi river and cross a suspension bridge on the way. You will also see mani stone, chorten and prayer flag. Today trek will be short and enjoyable as it is also fairly gentle introduction which lets us to acclimatize our body with higher elevations slowly. Utilizing the spare time, we also walk around the local monasteries, and local places. In the evening you can prepare for tomorrow journey to Namche Bazaar. On the second day of the trek after an energizing breakfast, we begin hike toward Namche Bazaar from Phakding through small Sherpa villages as we trace the left bank of the Dudh Koshi. We begin our trek through forest, over yak pastures and passes through the village of Monjo we made our way to the entry point of Sagarmatha National Park. At about half-way up the ascent, a gap in the trees allows us to spy Mount Everest for the first time. Today trekking route consists of a number of high suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River that lead us to village of Monjo, entrance of Sagarmatha National Park. At Monjo, our guide will complete the paperwork of permits and head on up to towards the Namche through Jorsalle. The trail gets steeper along the way, and crossing suspension bridge we start our final ascent to Namche Bazaar. At Namche Bazaar, Settle into your accommodations and explore the town. It is the most prosperous and the largest town in the Khumbu. If you are here on a weekend, check out trading centre with a weekly Saturday local market. After a wonderful luxury stay at Hotel Everest View, We will hike back to Monjo. Leaving the mountains you will get downhill to Dudh Koshi River valley. We will lower down from hill through the forest of pine and rhododendron. Downhill trek leads us to cross the high suspension bridge over the river and then follow the path that runs mostly level to Jorsale and then climbs to Monjo, crossing bridge over Dudh Koshi River, which exit Sagarmatha National Park. In Monjo, your trekking card will be again checked out. You will also have a chance to come across Musk Deers, Snowcocks, Himalayan Thar along the trail filled with Rhododendron, Juniper trees and Rhododendron. Overnight stay in Yeti Mountain Home Luxury Lodge, Monjo.

After enjoying breakfast at Monjo, We begin our final day trek in Everest region, following the Dudh Koshi river. The trail from Monjo to Lukla is embellish with small monasteries and painted Mani walls. You will be passing through small sherpa settlements and descend to Chauri Kharka via Phakding. After passing all small settlements and walking through a forested route, suspension bridge you will reach Pasang Lhamu Memorial Gate in Lukla. On arrival in Lukla, trekking ends. You can stretch up your sore legs and have a rest for a while and later stroll around the village, listening to the stories of the locals and experience their lifestyle. After settling into lodge you are free to wander around, relax or perhaps enjoy a hot shower. Enjoy last night dinner at heartland of Everest with your team. Upon your landing at Kathmandu Airport, you will be transferred to Hotel. Free time on your own to relax or explore around City. You can collect some pashmina shawls, Dhaka caps, and more to take back home as souvenirs while exploring around the thamel market. Best Time for Trek

Luxury Everest View Trek can be done throughout the year, but Spring (March, April & May) and Autumn (September, October & November) are regard as the best time fot trekking. As during these time you will find moderate temperatures and provide better view of mountains, less heat haze cloud and clear views of mountains. As, these is easy trek up to Namche Bazaar; we can conduct trip throughout the year.

Physical Condition and Experience Requirements

Easy moderate trek suitable for keen trekkers who are willing to get easy trekking experience in Everest region and make their footsteps. The farthest point on the trek is Hotel Everest View 3880 meters so, the chances of altitude sickness are low. You will take an acclimatization hike up to Everest View Hotel and for overnight stay. If you are physically fit and mentally strong with a determination, then this trek is not as difficult. It is 8 Days itinerary with 5 Days trekking in Mountain with full porterage and luxury accommodation service while all there is left to worry about is your water, snacks, and camera. It is suitable for anyone.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is a must for safety reasons. Although this is a lower elevated trek, of course there is some risk. You might need an emergency evacuation in areas where roads and hospitals are not accessible in that case, you need to have a travel insurance. We encourage to travel insurance in your own home country.

Trekking Grade

Everest View Luxury Trek itinerary is pretty easier and can be done without previous experience. It is one of the easier trekking experience in Everest Region that can be done from the 8 years young to 75 years old. It is high mountain trekking so reasonable fitness level is required. It is physically quite moderate which involves approx 5-8 hours trekking along the way.

Transportation and Flight

In this trip, all the necessary transportation on private car and regular airlines flight toLlukla. Firstly we provide free arrival and departure service, Please let us know about your international flight for this service. On Arrival Day, you will be warmly welcome by our representative by traditional flower and transfer to respective hotel. For the Lukla flight you will have the Private car for the airport to hotel pick and drop off. Our flights to and from Lukla are through regular airlines twin Otter and Dornier. Similarly, According to your interest we will also private vehicles for tour such as Sightseeing around Kathmandu, Nagarkot, Dhulikhel, Chitwan, Pokhara or any tour in Nepal upon according to your request.

Visa Requirements

If you are travelling to Nepal for (tour, sightseeing, travel, trekking, mountaineering, visiting friends and families) then you need to have a visa to enter Nepal. Arrival Visa is available at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu’s where you can simply get the “On Arrival Visa” with the application that require at least a passport of 6 months’ validity, and a passport size photo. You will be charged USD $ 30 for 15 days and USD $ 50 for 30 days as visa application fee which have to be paid in cash on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport. For those tourists who have Indian and Chinese passports then you do not need a visa (Free Visa). Most visitors will be able to obtain a visa upon arrival at the airport. The Certain country (Nigeria, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Cameroon, Somalia, Liberia, Ethiopia, Iraq, Palestine, Afghanistan, Syria) are requested to acquire Visa prior their arrival from their local Diplomatic missions (Embassies/Consulates) of Nepal Government.

    Amazing Luxury Everest View Trek with Aspiration Team

    In April 2021, We did Luxury Everest View Trek with Aspiration Adventure, I cannot recommend them enough. The trip was very easy to book and the Anjan was friendly and helpful. We arrive late due to the changes in the flight from Doha but just Anjan was perfect in making changes to the itinerary and everything was in order from the beginning. The trip was much organized from the very first day. We were not in rush and did the sightseeing of Kathmandu historical places, our city guide Ramesh were extra ordinary with information (Rikshaw) from Durbar Square to thamel was the best experience. We meet our trekking guide "Dawa" beginning the trek in Kathmandu. Anjan made sure we had the flight to Lukla on the time and the earliest flight in morning. Our guide was super friendly , flexible and helpful; he would say yes to every request. I am in love with Namche Bazaar and the stay at Hotel Everest View is memories of lifetime.
