Welcome to book with Aspiration Adventure – satisfaction and happiness is our priority.  While booking, we kindly request you to read Booking terms and condition and have tried to make simple as possible. The following booking conditions apply to trips with us in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and India. If you do not get satisfies with terms and conditions, you can simply contact us for further queries.

BOOKING A TRIP:

We prefer to have the booking confirmed in advance, prior to your arrival. Pre-booking is gives us enough time to make all the necessary arrangements for the trip.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT:

(a) Nepal trip confirmation payment

At the time of Booking and confirmation of Nepal trip only certain percentage of total cost of package is required to make in advance to make prior confirmation of spot and arrangements for hotel reservation, flight ticket, transportation, permit, TIM’s card, etc. The trip cost is always quoted in US$ unless otherwise stated. Booking deposit can be made by Bank Transfer/ Credit Card (Visa or Master Card) / Western Union. Your service arrangements are managed as quickly as after proceeding for the deposit. Please make sure to Provide us a photocopy of your passport.

(b) India/Tibet/ Bhutan Confirmation payment

At time of booking a non-refundable deposit of 30% total cost of package and full airfares (if client wants the Aspiration Adventure to arrange flight ticket).

FINAL PAYMENT/ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING/CLIENT DETAILS:

(a) Final Payment for the Nepal Trips:

Final remaining balance payment for Nepal trip can be settle upon your arrival in Nepal, prior to initial departure date of any trip. We will handover the printed itinerary and final trip documentation at these time. You can make your final payment by the Cash or Credit Card (Visa/ Master Card). Be informed that your deposit by credit card or debit card will deduct an extra 4% as Bank service charge. The Surcharge is imposed by credit card payment service provider not by company.

(b) Final India/Tibet/ Bhutan Trips:

Final remaining Payment for Tibet, India and Bhutan trips can be settle upon your arrival in Nepal, prior to initial departure date of any trip. We will handover the printed itinerary and final trip documentation at these time. You can make your final payment by the Cash or Credit Card (Visa/ Master Card). Be informed that your deposit by credit card or debit card will deduct an extra 3.5% as Bank service charge. The Surcharge is imposed by credit card payment service provider not by company. But, In the case of Bhutan, Tibet, India tours, you need to pay the balance amount 25 days prior to your departure date if you intend to fly to those countries directly without having tour in nepal. We reserve our right to cancel your tour if you could not make payment within within our stipulated time.

PAYMENT METHODS:

You can make your payment following either of the methods. We will try to be flexible as possible and make sure to be convenient.

(a) Through Credit Card:

(b)  Payment via Wire/Bank Transfer:

(c) Fund can also be transfer through the Western Union Money Transfer without any hassle and hesitation. Please inquiry, further procedure and information will be provided in the email corresponding.

Note: Bank service charges related for deposit are the responsibility of the client. Don’t forget to Email us the bank reference number or remittance slips after you initiate the transfer. Sometimes bank forwards the money with different name and are in kept in pending; if we have (reference #/remittance slip or sender credential), it will be easy for us to track and claim.

LAST MINUTE BOOKING

We even accept last minute bookings without any extra cost. Aspiration Adventure has made special booking provision for these last minute booking deal in Nepal. We accept last moment booking 0 days prior to departure date. As, we are always ready to be operated Nepal trip possible for almost any time. Please note that some of our other tours not listed in last minute deal can also be booked at the last minute – please enquiry us for details if you are intending to travel soon. Last minute booking may not acceptable in case of Bhutan/ India/ Tibet trip.

POSTPONE OF TRIP

If you are unable to take the tour at already booked date, you can postpone your trip for the upcoming date. For this postponement process, you need to inform us through written mails at least 18 days before trip departure for Nepal and 30 days for Tibet, Bhutan and India. Certain minimum charge will be charged as a trip cancellation accordingly and the remaining amount will be transferred for the postponed trip.

PASSPORT AND VISA

All travelling clients must have a valid passport having minimum of 6 months of validity from the return date. Nepalese visas can be obtain from Nepalese consulate in your country or Visa is available on arrival in Nepal. For Bhutan & Tibet, the company (Aspiration Adventure) will make necessary arrangements upon request. For India, the client will have to acquire the Visa from their own home country.

TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY (NEPAL)

Sometimes in the rare case scenario, the incident might happen with unexpected events and unforeseen circumstances which are beyond control, we understand it. In these case if you want to cancel the trip please inform us in written notice as soon as possible. As per our policy, Only 25% of the deposit amount is non-refundable therefore, we recommend you to postpone your trip against of cancelling. By doing these only certain minimum amount is charged other balance amount is transferred to your next trip.

TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY (BHUTAN)

For the Bhutan trip, Cancellation notice is required to made in written form is required minimum 30 days prior to trip departure. In these case, 25% of trip cost is charged as cancellation charge.

PRIVACY

In order to collect information from you to make a trip booking Aspiration Adventure, the company asks several questions. No private or personal information that you supply to us when making a booking will be disclosed for any other purposes.

CHILDREN

A legal guardian must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen. If you have a question regarding age and suitability, please contact us for further information.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is compulsory for all Clients undertaking any course of trek in parts of Nepal as per the requirement. It should provide adequate protection for the full duration of the tour to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter rescue, air ambulance and adequate cover for baggage. Some low altitude tour doesn’t require travel insurance, you can simply contact us for further information.

PRICE CHANGING

We hope to offers best price of the trip and reserve rights to change the price under various circumstances. In this case, we will provide a clear reason and actions will be reasonable. It happens due to drastic changes in the exchange rate, inflation or government actions and many more which are not in our control. If the price has gone up or down, we will confirm the correct price before you make your booking.

FLIGHT DELAYS AND CHANGES IN THE ITINERARY

Please be noted that mountain weather are unpredictable and flight delays and cancellation are likely to happen in remote areas and some time operational complications which could be happened in particular in Everest region, Annapurna region, Dolpo, Simikot and Jumla region etc. In these case, Aspiration Adventure will be there to assist and communicate whereever necessary. We will reschedule for next day in case of flight cancellation. If you wish to make an alternative arrangements such as Helicopter flight to avoid flight delays and cancellation, additional cost would be your responsibility. Moreover, these may result to missed international flight and we would make alternative arrangements wherever possible, please plan accordingly and be flexible.

COMPLAINTS

We ensure to provide best quality service throughout the trip but, if you have any complaint about the trip, make it known to a Office directly or tour leader/guide at the earliest so that we may take appropriate actions to resolve it.

The Company reserves the right to update and amend these terms and conditions at anytime.
