Day 02: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla, then trek to Phakding

Day 03: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar

Day 04: Namche Bazaar Acclimatization day; Quick hike up to the Everest View Hotel (recommend) and Khunde Village

Day 05: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche

Altitude: 3860m/12660ft
Trek Duration: 5 hours

Difficulty: Easy to Moderate Trek; You go down and then it’s all up from there.

Day 06: Trek Tengboche to Dingboche

Trekking journey from Tengboche to Dingboche is about 5 hours. Today’s hike starts with a brief downhill among pine and Mountain cherry trees. We cross the Imja River on a wooden bridge and short ascent to Pangboche settlement after crossing the Imja River. We take lunch at Somare Village or any other village while admiring the view. Before reaching Dingboche, the scenery will grow barren and isolated, creating for a challenging afternoon hike. Afterward, We climb to the Dingboche meadows while taking in the magnificent views of Mount Everest, Mount Amadablam, and Mount Lhotse. Day 07: Dingboche (Acclimatization Day)

Difficulty: Depend upon the trekkers. If hike to Nagerjun Hill it is pretty easy. whereas, if you hike climb Chhukung Ri then it is full-day with lots of ups and downs.

We spend a day in Dingboche which helps our body to acclimatize at higher altitude. As the best way to acclimate is to stay active, We will have a short hike to Nagerjun set at the height of 5100m just above Dingboche Village. Afterwards retrace back to Dingboche for a free afternoon to rest. If you are willing to take more challenging hike then, you might go to climb Chhukung Ri. Overnight Stay at Lodge in Dingboche.

Day 08: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche

Altitude: 4940m/16207ft
Trek Duration: 5 hours

Difficulty: Moderate to Hard trekking, due to the altitude

After Breakfast at Dingboche, we will climb steeply up to Lobuche passing through a chorten (Tibetan shrines and tombs). At the beginning, We follow the trail that takes us to the wide valley until we reach Dughla, located at the tip of the Khumbu Glacier. The Hike becomes steeper and the elevation increases as we take a vertical and tiny ascent to Thukla. Many stone cairns have been created as tributes to Everest climbers who have died while climbing Mount Everest. From here, we move ahead to the Aid Post at Pheriche and finally to Lobuche. Overnight Stay at Lobuche.

Day 09: Trek from Lobuche to GorakShep to Everest Base Camp and back and back to Gorak Shep

Trek Duration: 7-8 hours

Today trek will be more exiciting as we head for the Everest Base Camp. You will have the two journey one from Lobuche to Gorak Shep, then to Everest Base Camp. The trekking through the rocky moraine path, icy glacial pond and icebergs below the Khumbu glacier and the trail gets rougher as you move ahead. The path is relatively rough and uneven but does not take more than 3 hours to reach Gorak Shep, where we stop for lunch and leave all of our belongings at the lodge. Although the trekking trail is steep and rough, the view of the Khumbu Glacier and other snow-capped mountain peaks with the aspiration to trek Everest Base Camp inspires you to keep ascending. As you depart Gorakshep for Everest Base Camp, the second half of the day begins. It takes around 4 hours to reach the base camp and return Gorakshep. Everest base camp gives you an unforgettable view of Mount Khubutse, Mount Pumori, Mount Changtse and the Khumbu Ice Fall. After Enjoying the great moment, then head back to Gorakshep.
